Purchase and Returns
You can always return or exchange an item of normal or inappropriate quality, if for some reason it did not fit you.
When returning or exchanging goods, the client:
- Fills out an application indicating all the shortcomings of the purchase. When exchanging – indicates the full name of the goods for which he wants the exchange.
- Puts a live signature, scans or photographs, sends it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Sends the goods by mail with the original application enclosed. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will send the right product or carry out a refund.
Conditions for the return or exchange of goods of normal quality (if the goods did not fit in size and style).
Within 7 days from the receipt of the purchase, you have the right to return or exchange goods of any quality. The main condition is the complete preservation of the marketable condition of the purchase, consumer properties, packaging, factory labels and checks.
Exchange and refund is made within 20 days after receiving the product, provided that the complete set and receipts are fully preserved.

Refunds for goods of inappropriate quality will be made no later than 10 calendar days from the date you contacted Customer Support at email@example.com.
You can exchange goods of inappropriate quality for a similar one. In the absence of a similar product, a refund is made no later than 10 calendar days from the date you contacted the Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our company assumes all transportation costs for the return or exchange of goods.
The club does not carry out the return of goods of normal quality with thermal printing (thermal application), made by your order.
